Season 6, Week 5
chaos
(Xenosaga Series)

The white-haired mage-slayer has so far proven his worth not only against mages, but also against such renowned Light combatants as Futch. For finals week, he's up against yet another mage, albeit one who may be the most dangerous yes! chaos' excellent magical defense will be put to the test this week, as will his array of unique mage-killing techniques. With decent offensive techs and strong defensive magic to back him up, chaos should easily be able to make this vampire bleed, netting himself a Light championship along the way.

The Crimson Noble is one step from her rightful place as Light champ (Well, so she thinks). She'll have to get by chaos to do it. Her Red Magic arsenal gives her much to work with, but chaos' level of Ether defense might cause her some headaches. She has some light leech-type healing if she gets in a jam, but what she can really do is go the instant death route with Guillotine, and she has nice attack magic in both the elemental and non-elemental variety to back it up if it can't work. These combine to put her in very strong contention for the title.

Anyone who's played a Castlevania game knows for a fact that no angel, no matter how strong they may be, loses to a vampire of equal strength. This holds true in other games too, and this bout is no exception to the rule.
