Season 22, Week 3
Kent
(Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword)

The detestable Hrist Valkyrie vanquished, Kent now moves on to greater things in Light this week. Armed with honour, a sense of justice, and a slew of silver weaponry, the somber knight of Caelin faces the kunoichi Sheena with only victory in mind. His powerful, sharp strikes should smash the clumsy ninja girl without hesitation or even difficulty, as Sheena lacks both durability and raw power outside her rarely seen summons. Kent has this match in the bag, and even a Maxwell blast can't save Sheena in time.

Mizuho's premier summoner pulled it off and packed a teary Mallow away, but the season's just barely begun! Sheena faces a new challenge in the Paladin Kent: much sturdier and agile than the cloud prince, the kunoichi must stay on her toes to keep her momentum. Fortunately, Kent will have to work just as hard to pin her down, and the longer the battle goes on, the more likely Sheena is to make a call for Origin or Maxwell - a call the Caelin Knight won’t forget. Sheena's just started to revel in the wonders the DL can offer, and she's ready to put up a good show!

Ahhh, friends.

Useful things, most of the times.

Sometimes, such a large pain.

In Kent's case, the pain is all over.

You see, as Kent rode into the arena, his arms shining, his spear braced for battle...

...He found a very annoyed Sheena slapping Sain upside the head.

This is pretty normal for Kent. Half the women in the army he was in had done this, either verbally or physically. So, Kent rode up, and started to berate Sain.

And didn't notice the slight shimmering around Sheena when he dragged Sain out of the arena before the match.

So, a few attacks later, Kent was blasted unconcious by Origin and Sheena went on to the next round.

Who knew getting hit on counts for Overlimits, as well as getting hit?

...Well, besides Zelos. But no one ever asks him anything.

Kent: 22
Sheena Fujibayashi: 33

Does anyone remember Legault and Isadora's Supports? Specifically the part where Legault mentions that an Assassin would get owned in a flat out duel with a Knight? Looks like that happens in Light.

Now, Kent might have trouble if he were fighting another DL Ninja. Fortunately for the Commander of the Caelin Knights, he's fighting Sheena Fujibayashi, not only one of the worst Ninjas in the DL, but one of the worst Summoners as well. A potent combination indeed.

There's not much to say here, really. Kent has average durability, but that's enough to overcome Sheena's horrid damage, even with double turns involved. Meanwhile, she's guaranteed to face at least once of his counters, and, unlike Sheena's "damage", Kent's Silver Weapons hurt. This match is a brutal, one sided slaughter.

So where do Sheena's spell cards fit into the weapon triangle anyway?
