Though a bit reserved by nature, Mia is too experienced to let a little hesitation hold her up in the midst of battle. And really, only Mia can stop herself from winning this match against the notorious Paladin Isadora; the Wind Cane assures her the initiative, and after one application of Ice Shell Isadora's hopes of hurting the young Vane mage dwindle down to nothing. In contrast, any of her wide selection of spells will take down Isadora in very short order. Nope, this match doesn't even count as a warmup, and even perpetual nice girl Mia will be struggling not to laugh her opponent out of the ring after this one's over. |

Ever stalwart and proud, Lady Isadora enters the ring in order to best her last unfitting run. Thankfully, her opponent this time is not an armored knight, but a simple mage. Sure, Mia may have many spells, but it's hard to use magic when you're lying in a pool of your own blood, and since Mia is slow, frail and allergic to the noble paladin's wide array of sharp and pointy weapons, her loss is effectively assured. Isadora can choose between a thick lance to the sternum, a shining sword to the heart, or a heavy axe to the face to break the unfortunate girl before her and show the DL the legendary might of the Paladins of Pherae. |

"Isadora didn't want to go along with Zidane's sick plans for a snowboarding bikini contest. She started to attack him...then he declared me the winner, and those worthless judges agreed! I'm so upset right now." "So he's not only a pervert, he's stupid. Well, that's no surprise. Celes, heal Mia and Jessica's wounds. Someone close that door and bolt it, as apparently the master of time isn't bright enough to do that. I'm going to do some quick research, and we'll figure out what's wrong here.
