Season 48, Week 1
Tink
(Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories)

Mammals have long been known to stand atop the animal world's devious food chain, and Tink has had enough of that bigoted crap! For the pride of amphibian-demons everywhere Tink will prove his might against this gimped kobold! After all, he not only has the innate skills of an amphibian, but the cunning ruthlessness of a noble demon - how can this not be a winning combination? And an enemy relying on Suikoden 1 physicals? Forgive Tink if he doesn't shudder in fear. While his own Nail Bat isn't the strongest weapon around, it should be more that competent to take care of his warm-blooded opponent, and a nice swap in the food chain priorities around.

Mmm, fresh froglegs. No! No! Bad Kuromimi! It's not polite to eat your opponents, no matter how tasty they may look. And that Tink fellow certainly does look mighty tasty-Bad! Man, it's gonna be hard for the kobold warrior to keep his appetite in check for this fight, but as the bravest warrior in the Kobold Village, 'tis his responsibility to show the world not only their strength, but also their pride. And proud warriors don't eat their enemies! As the original kobold hero, Kuromimi will fight this demonic frog with all his strength, which should prove more then Tink can handle. Now maybe he'll hit the all you can eat buffet before the match. Just in case.

Browbeat
Although being an alcoholic wretch with bouts of schizophrenia is hardly an asset to one's combat abilities, Tink may yet get his spot in the limelight. While not endowed in much magic power, Tink isn't above exhibiting a few damaging special attacks (especially in his alt. state).

Kuromimi is a mid-line physical fighter at best, and his only true asset is a fusion attack with his fellow kobolds... which won't be participating in this fight.

So, it's up to Tink to grab his favorite nailed bat and bash the bacon bits out of an honorable forest dweller.

Or, just to shake things up, the DL can be treated to some Michael Bay-worthy pyrotechnics as "Goodbye, Tink!" goes off in the middle of the match.
