Battling against powerful monsters has been an important part of Yukari’s highschool experience. Indeed, the young woman has proven herself repeatedly. Through triumph and tragedy, Yukari has distinguished herself as a phenomenal healer and a competent mage. Even when faced with the end of the world, she decided to fight on against all odds with her friends. Mage, healer, student… more than anyone in the DL, Yukari has proven herself exceptional. Especially compared to some downgraded loser. Seriously, this Taya is nothing compared to Yukari’s precious opponents. Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean she’s gonna hold back. Pelting the summoner with deadly wind attacks and supporting herself with heals? Easy as pie. Really, this fight is gonna be easier than her last midterm. |

Fighting in the name of summoners everywhere, Taya is ready to show the rest of the DL that her downgrade was nothing but a sad fluke by any means necessary, including crushing the rest of Light beneath her heel. While a healer like Yukari might normally be the type of opponent the rather MP reliant Taya fears, the schoolgirl’s atrocious HP and pathetic endurance should mean that she can only take a little bit of punishment before keeling over. And, really now, Atlas 2 is more than just a little punishment. Hey though, what good is winning if you can’t do it in style? Add in the fact that Taya is something of a fast young thing, and you have a very deadly combination of abilities. Yukari might as well just stay home and study for finals, because, either way? Taya is going to win. |
Taishyr "GREAT SPIRITS OF DESTRUCTION!" Taya's voice boomed out. "HEED MY CALL! JUDGE ALL THOSE BEFORE ME UNWORTHY, AND SMITE THEM IN THE NAME OF THE THREE SAINTS - SAINT PETER OF THE RISING FLAME, SAINT BOWIE OF THE JUDGING BOLT, AND SAINT-" And then Yukari's arrow went straight into her face. Moral of the story: In-battle quotes are nice and all, but it's hard to argue with an arrow to the face.
