The DL possesses a cruel sense of humor. Gobi returns to the arena, to fight a psychotic -Cha- spamming cook from some godforsaken alternate universe. Well then! Being caught and cooked is a fear of every fishman, and clearly this calls for a new strategy. Taking a page out of the Nanjocorp book, Gobi is going to try to bribe his way out of trouble: let's see how willing Orcha is to fight when his cooks go on strike, his waiters don't show up for the payday rush and his customers develop food poisoning every time they eat! And that's before Gobi even gets his fins into Orcha's suppliers! It's well overdue for an "honest" merchant turned hero to get a win in the DL, and Gobi's the fish to do it! |

A clarion call across the land resounds, echoing through the deep valleys. One humble chef of a castle heard that ominous call, and has set out in his journey through the Dueling League. Indeed, Orcha has heeded the pleas and lamentations of the denizens here... requests for better food! Thusly, he'll carve a way through the field, amassing recipes to better feed the crowds and make the masses rejoice with full bellies! Of course, first he's faced with the appetizer. Gobi's... fishy. Smells fishy, sounds fishy - honestly, fish enough to be used as a main course. Not that fresh, but with a chop and a cut, a slice and a dice, the first dish on the Mystery Menu will be gourmet-quality sushi! |
