Ah, a young boy out to prove to the world that he is a man. It's a story to warm Garcia's heart; such a young man reminds him of his own son Ross. But the Warrior who dominated a pair of wars isn't going to let that prevent him from making Thomas earn his win. Garcia is far stronger than Thomas and boasts counters to increase that power; so what if the young master of Budehuc can evade? He can't dodge 'em all, and it's very unlikely this child can survive more than one or two shots of Garcia's mighty Silver Axe. All Garcia has to do is rely on his steady arms and land those hits, and victory will once again belong to this legendary hero!

Huh. Well, facing down the legendary Hero of Mana was a bit simpler than earlier advertised. Well, whatever - even in the arena, a humble fighter can prove to be much more than he lets on, and that's the danger Thomas faces with his current opponent, Garcia. While Garcia may not be too accurate, his counters and solid durability are still quite dangerous. Regardless, Thomas can win if he keeps his calm - parry, dodge, and attack whenever he has the opening, just as he's been taught. Within time, he'll fell the talented axe warrior (hopefully without getting hit much - that axe looks painful, seriously), and move on to his next match.
