The vain and hot-tempered Prophet of Filgaia takes on one of the most frustrating opponents in the DL in her debut match. Raja, the wisecracking priest from Dezolis, has a nearly limitless supply of healing magic. Fortunately for Melody, this is balanced out by his poor offense, so this will be a battle of attrition on both sides. Melody's poison counters will actually come in handy in this match, forcing the sluggish priest to waste time and resources curing himself or accept the drain on his HP and heal more often. Beyond that, her strategy is simple: blast 'im with Eliminate Scanner until he croaks. If she has the patience to wait out Raja's supply of magic--and endure his sense of humor--Melody may just eke out a win. |

Healing, healing, healing and a little bit of staff-smacking on the side - this is what Raja plans on serving up for the alluring Melody in his match this week. With more than enough TP to last him several lifetimes of any combatant, the match essentially comes down to whether or not the wise-cracking Dezolian can pack enough power in his brittle old cane to take the wench down. If he can, the green-skinned old Raja will undoubtedly be showing Melody this week that true beauty comes from within, and that priest hats are cuter than horns any day. |
