As he is wont to remind his friends, with or without prompting, Gengen fights hard! And he'll do so this week, against Shady Thousand. This Kobold's high defense will see him through any physical pounding, and with a Fire Emblem in hand, he certainly doesn't fear fire. With him taking practically no damage, even his rather lack-luster sword blows should see him and his fiery spirit through to the next round. Besides, who ever heard of an armed dog losing to a little cat?

Feline meets canine this week in a showdown that's sure to rock the DL arena to its very foundations... or just provide good comic relief. Shady has boss HP to contend with his foe's unimpressive physical, and the sluggish Gengen can't depend on doubleturns to compensate. Shady's own damage isn't stellar either, but his fire breath hits the kobold's almost non-existent magic defense. Can the Schroedingers' cat overcome old cartoon conventions and advance to the quarterfinals?
