The original healer, the founder of a legacy, the White Wizard of Final Fantasy 1 fame is the first entrant from the original Final Fantasy in the DL. This is no warm-up fight like with Garland though: White Wizard is slated to fight Virginia, last season's Light champion, who's upset about not having been upgraded to Middle. With a large arsenal of healing, support spells, and the powerful Fade spell, White Wizard should easily be able to put the young drifter in her place thought, proving that the original is always the best.

Virginia isn't the type to rest on her laurels, even if she happens to be last season's champion. It doesn't matter how old and experienced her opponent is; Virginia is ready to dominate this season as easily as she did the last. Her Gatling skills lend Virginia a massive punch in combat, one that just might be enough to outpace White Wizard's healing. Armed with her cutting edge, dual gun-wielding skills, Virginia is ready to show the ancient White Wizard just how things are done in modern RPGdom.

Light champion. Highest ranked light. Drifter of the highest calibur, and all around loyal friend.
All of that curls up into a ball and dies at the sight of a level one spell that any old White Magic use can learn. Kind of funny, really.
White Wizard: 29
Virginia Maxwell: 18
Dark Lord Magus
As much as thinking of white wizard smacking things over the head with a giant mallet fills me with glee, I honestly don't think she really stands much a chance here. Virginia's magical resistance doesn't suck, and her damage is enough to take down a fairly frail healer.
