Ohoho! Well, look at this! It seems that it's a fight between two sword-wielding generals, masters of armies and famed warriors for their countries. However, that is where the similarities completely end. While Marcus may have the prestige of riding a mount and being titled 'Paladin,' Milich Oppenheimer has far more prowess, not only on the field of battle, but as well as in fashion sense. However, the only thing that matters today is the fact that Milich has an impressively high chance to land a critical strike, and just one of those will mangle the poor Paladin. The counters? Not an issue at all, as Milich has very high defense as well. This is just a mismatch in more every way.

A treasonous general? There's nothing more abhorrent to a loyal paladin like Marcus than the way Milich betrayed his lord Barbarossa and joined the rebels. He needs someone to administer a spanking and teach him the error of his ways, and none in the land possess a steadier hand for that task than Marcus. He's had more experience than most taking down petty, rebellious warlords, after all. A Silver Lance upside the head is the perfect cure for Milich's backstabbing, and if he wants to engage Marcus in close combat, then a few counterattacks will knock some sense into him. It might be a short fight or a long one, but the traitor will be defeated when it ends.

There are many ways to find out who is more likely to emerge victorious here, and one way is to look at each fighter in a statement about their past or tactics:
-RPGDL Wins: Milich is a former Light semifinalist. Marcus...well, despite having armor and all, lost to two people, one of which was FLONNE for crying out loud. Marcus is decked with good durability armor-wise and was a killer in my game, yet he lost to someone who even HIX could beat? Milich 1, Marcus 0.
-Ranks: Milich is one of the Imperial Generals of the Scarlet Moon Empire. Marcus is the leader of the knights. They both get points on that end. Milich 2, Marcus 1.
-Assorted In Game Events: Milich once used a flower called Antoinette to kill countless many soldiers under your hero on the field. Marcus just so happens to be a soldier himself, albeit a rather sturdy one, but if the shoe fits. Milich 3, Marcus 1.
From the way I did it, you can see a pattern as Milich piled up points, and Marcus just falls behind. For the result of the match, I borrow a quote the infamous Snake Man from the NES game Monster Party...
"Oh boy! Marcus soup!"
Milich Oppenheimer: 47
Marcus: 34
