After spending over thirty seasons working to rebuild the shores of Marbule, Irenes has finally decided to take a break to show the arena that there is more to being a mermaid than singing “Under the Sea”! Of course, Irenes is quite the accomplished singer, for enemies all across the El Nido sea fear the sound of her harp (not because of that, you twit!). And the cleric Mint Adenade shall experience this terror first-hand! Mint may have masses of healing, but she cannot stand against the constant stream of Irenes’ strings and notes. And, while Irenes herself may only have one shot of healing, it is quite enough against the damage-challenged priestess. Oh, the life öf ze mermäid, it is sö tough, nö?

The gentle cleric Mint Adenade returns to the arena, now properly ranked, to achieve in the DL the glories obtained in Not Ranked! Her legendary staff whacks and nigh-endless healing will serve her just as well - and Mint's first challenge? Quite probably one of the easiest she ever faced. The fish-like woman Irenes is quite lacking both in punch and resources, and a little bit of Mint's assorted Cures should leave her dry of element spells in no time. Then, it's a truly epic slapfight ensuing, but one that guarantees victory for the demure healer. Slow and steady, that's how Mint champed Not Ranked Light - and that's how she will claim a DL Light belt this season!

A clash of metal, blinding speed.
Another clash, the violence of this match was leaving splatters of blood all over the Arena floor!
Deadly blows, an epic dodge! Oh, the humanity!
Mint and Irenes wondered what match the announcer was watching as Mint landed her last slap to the begrudged Mermaid.
Luckily, Irenes was too confused by the announcer to have any hard feelings over it, which made Mint feel less guilty about beating up an endangered species.
Irenes: 25
Mint Adenade: 46
