In a fair fight, Rufus Shinra might have problems against Roger Huxley... but who's expecting a fair fight, here? The resourceful President has all the power and connections he needs to win this match. After all, if you were a bratty kid, would you say no to a powerful man who ambushes you with a squad of SOLDIERs, not to mention a sawed-off shotgun, and threatens to stuff you in a cage if you don't forfeit?
