'Tis an ironic match this time around. The walking skeleton clown vs. the executive who could stand to lose a pound or twenty - only Palmer is the one who scares kids more. Skelly's still pretty spry for a bag of bones though. His statline rings in a lot of average, which makes you wonder how good he would be if he had some meat on his bones. Palmer might be able to throw some spells his way, but once Skelly gets On a Roll there will be no stopping him. Maybe he can even distract Palmer with a balloon animal long enough for a truck to pass through the arena...

Bwahahahaha! What kind of complete moron decides to go up against one of Shinra's upper staff? Oh, right, the kind of moron without a brain, like Skelly! Man, this is going to be a real kind of show, kids! Watch as Palmer and his immense brain power (that was behind the space program, mind you) destroys and completely removes his opponent from the map! With his Mako Gun, there's really no way for this bag of bones to survive! A few Fire 2 shots here, an Ice 2 shot there, then finish it off with a Bolt 2 shot! Truly, there are some real fools in this world we live in today...

Inside every fat man, there's said to be a thin man, trying to get out. In a surprisingly brutal move, Skelly thought his own interpretation of this might make for good comedy and put it into practice during the fight: he pulled out Lard Lad's skeleton. Though victorious, he expressed regret that only Kefka seemed to "get it."
Skelly: 36
Palmer: 18

Palmer is a joke, Skelly is a zombie.
