Plumes, petals and flamboyancy were never Saleh's forte, but as far as spellcasting acumen is required, he's in top shape. Against the unnervingly campy Simone Verdricci, the wise sage needs nothing other than his trusty Thunder and Elfire tomes to proclaim victory. And even if Simone can dabble in weak spellcasting with his Wind Rune, the narcissist's gusts are incapable of breaking through Saleh's stern resolve. True magical prowess shall prove its superiority over silly stage antics in this fight, as Saleh holds his tome and enters battle!

It's time for Light to get faaabulous~ as one of the Red Rose Rune brigade makes an appearance this season (and he's not alone)! Soft colors, chivalric language and dashing moves are sure to follow! Under normal circumstances, Simone and his opponent Saleh would get along swimmingly - after all, devoting your life to the worship and protection of a woman is surely something worthy of Simone's respect! The arena's whims are absolute, though, and his sword will strike true as he parries and thrusts his way into the quarterfinals!
