a veteran of many a battle, Brey brings an amount of wisdom that few in light can match. However, wisdom only gets one so far in the RPGDL, which is why Brey is thanking the stars for his draw. Almost all of Zieg's damage is fire elemental, which Brey halves. Zieg's own ice weakness means that Brey's Blizzard spell will be of great use. Speedup will allow Brey to easily lap Zieg. A few doubleturns and Blizzards should see Brey to his first DL win.

While Zieg is certainly one of the weakest dragoons to grace the DL, he can still score an easy victory in his first match. His opponent isn’t exactly known for his durability, which means that Zieg’s normally lackluster physical offense becomes a force to be reckoned with. While the fiery Zieg must endure Brey’s freezing barrage of Blizzards, his boss HP should see him through to the next round.

Oblivion Knight
Two old men meeting in the arena? Ok, I'm sure you can guess what happened here...
"Why boy, back in MY day..."
"Are you kidding? Why, when I was your age..."
"Bah! Spoiled brat! Why, I had to walk..."
"Stop complaining! It was harder when I..."
This continued for several hours, until the elder of the two fell asleep. The judges had no choice but to award the younger Brey the victory, since he was the only conscious contender remaining.
Brey: 14
Zieg Feld: 11
