Nara faces a very uphill battle this week. With her whole offense (and defense) riding purely on her MP, she has to defeat her able-to-kill-MP foe, and fast. However, her Infermost spell is decent, especially in the light class, and with the ability to heal all of her HP in one round with... well, HealAll, she may gain the upper hand for a few rounds. But, can she keep her MP up long enough to survive, or will her foe show her the way... to the infirmary?

The roaring of the crowd turns to uneasy muttering, then into angry booing.. Algus faced down the crowd with a sneer, and aimed a crossbow in the direction of the crowd. Slowly, silence reigned over the arena, and a cruel smile settled over Algus's face. Although the crowd knew Algus for the slimeball that he is, they also know, that as a master Knight, he has powerful break attacks as his disposal, and easy healing, thanks to Auto potion. He can choose either ranged attacks with a crossbow, or go for melee attacks with a wide range of swords. He has a simple line of attack against Nara. Two Magic breaks stop Nara's healing, and an armor break lowers her already bad defense into the OHKO range.

Algus, being the sneaky bastard that he is, knew that he would beat Nara without firing a single shot.
"You can run now, peasant girl, and I'll deign to show you mercy." Algus's cruel smile caused Nara to grimace, and began casting the Infermost spell.
"Not taking me up on my offer, animal?" Algus's smile had slipped, rendering his face into a cold mask of hate. "Fine. Have it your way."
"Annnnnnnnnnd, up for sale in the next auction in Kuja's auction house is the fabled Nara/Mara Yuri Doijin! Bids start at 10000 gil!"
Nara turned a deathly shade of white, and ran towards the auction house, screaming and firing off attack spells at anything that moved. Several minutes later, when it was obvious she wouldn't return, Algus recived the win by default.
Algus winced as he saw what happened to the person who he had paid to make the claim about the Doijin. Shrugging, Algus wrote off the cost of a Phoenix Down as a small price to pay for an easy victory..
