hieves. It's just the thing to get even the mild-mannered Cai's blood boiling. Rennac is a lowly leecher, who lifes off his society without adding anything of use. The Warlock of Caerleon's magic is just the right tool to dispose of such trash. With his usual dominating advantage in level, Cai's going to get a most upleasant drop on Rennac. And, for all of the Rouge's vaunted magical defenses, he's still no better than average at best against spells. The thief's wasting his time if he thinks his mind games and treachery will have any effect - Cai's called the Silent Wise King for a reason. He's outmatched in every possible way - be it brawns or brains. At least he'll have fine company among the ranks of those who were already incinerated by Exablast. And, quite frankly? Being charred by Cai's magicks is one heck of a merciful fate for the lowly Rennac. |

Cai attacked Rennac three days later, with Dinadain and Merriot as support along with a strong army. Ever seen a Rouge try to outslug a Salamander with a sword?
