After her first DL match where she committed manslaughter by truck, Shiho hasn’t had much luck in the DL. Unfortunately, her nasty, ruthless duck and little girl opponents learned not to underestimate the blind songstress who is so poor that she can’t afford shoes. If only the DL was more handicap friendly. Nevertheless, Shiho will not give up without a fight! Erk may be a potent fighter, but with her ability to halve Fire and her above average magic resistance, all Shiho has to do is hold on long enough for Heal to kick in. And then hold off long enough for Heal to kick again. After a few hundred turns, Erk will be out of charges, and Shiho can Wait Reaction her way to victory after a few hundred more turns! |

Erk may only be a student, but he's about to do some serious teaching on what it takes to be a good mage here. Also having more experience with obnoxious female mages than he cares to have, this match plays to all his strengths. Shiho is slow. Slower than slow. While it cuts down on Erk's hard hitting reprisals, it does free him up to simply pound the Hai-Lanian songstress into dust at his own leisure, barely needing to crack open his books. The counter-attacks also all but guarantee a victory once Shiho does attack, as Shiho won't be able to stand up to Erk's magic for very long. In all, it'll be a win even Serra might vaguely consider thinking about maybecomplimenting the young, errant mage on. Possibly! |
SageAcrin Shiho. Master healer. Master bird tamer. Surely these talents can be combined in a way that will defeat Erk! Actually, she was able to, but "Talking Priscilla into stealing Florina's Pegasus and beating up Erk, by exploiting her understanding of bird-like creatures and healers." doesn't really count enough for the judges. Well, it did for Bowser, but he's been trying to get minion-based combat legalized for ages. One out of four isn't enough, sadly. Florina's still trying to talk Priscilla into giving her pegasus back. They'll probably go for joint custody in the end, though. Shiho: 11 |
