Grigori Rasputin, the power behind the Russian throne, is no stranger to combat. Politician or not, he's already survived being stabbed, poisoned, burned, shot...and that's before becoming an RPG character! Ironically, that transition may have weakened him a bit, since the demonic Rasputin who faced off against Yuri Hyuga and his allies is not famed for his durability. Even so, he won't need legendary staying power to take out this little minx (or fox, or whatever those ears and tail are from). Even unaugmented, the power of his magic attacks alone will be enough to cripple such a weak enemy, and once they're upgraded by Surge, Evil Crest and Bent Space will easily turn Ursula into a smear on the arena floor.

Ursula has fought just about everything in her travels, from dragon gods to giant dice; a mad monk should be child's play. Especially since Rasputin has the misfortune to be possessed by one of the weakest demons in the entire Shadow Hearts canon, and it's not a canon known for strong foes in any case. Rasputin's Asmodeus form, unlike his underlings, Lenny and Veronica, has no tricks beyond "do some damage, then die quickly," and Ursula will ensure that he follows through with her powerful two-hit firearms and good speed. With her Valor as insurance in case the unthinkable happens, Ursula's in good shape to advance past her sorry foe and towards the Middle championship the good captain deserves.

Grefter
Unfortunately for Ursula, she only holds one of the four keys to killing Rasputin. Even then it is questionable if she gets the time to shoot him six times.
Naturally this doesn't prevent her from having a few friends on the side lines. Kahn flexing at the side of the ring after the match to poison him, Ryu there to stab him and a paid off Rydia on the side to do the drowning with Leviathan still gives Rasputin a bit of new comer hazing that he deserves.

I'll be honest. I didn't use Ursula much, and I don't remember much about her. But I remember a lot about Rasputin, and most of it involves him sucking ass. Benefit of the doubt, and the win, to Urusla.
