The possessed prince Lyon is determined to achieve in the DL the victories that slipped his hand against the shining army of Magvel. And in the semis, he will have the chance to crush one of the force's greatest warriors. No matter how strong Gerik is, no matter how dazzling his muscles and swordplay can be, they aren't par to the crushing might of Naglfar, which will turn the mercenary's flesh into dust. This match shall be a sign of the impending fate of this season - Lyon is out for triumph, and triumph he shall against the ones who once foiled his plans.

Brave hero Gerik has slaughtered much of Middle on his path to the finals. Now, he faces an old foe - one he faced in his own game! The Necromancer Lyon will not be an easy foe to defeat, as his Naglfar spell will rip even the hardy Gerik apart in short order should it connect. But that's unlikely: Lyon is horrendously lacking in agility, enough to give Gerik easy doubleturns. Charging the young prince of Grado with his Silver Axe, Gerik should have no trouble finding the sweet spot to smash Lyon in short order, killing the prince before he can even get a turn.

If only FE allowed triple and quadruple turns, Gerik wins with ease since unlike Legault, he actually HAS damage. Sadly, IS didn't design the game that way.
Poor Gerik. So close and yet so far.
Lyon: 35
Gerik: 22

Lyon deserves to be in Heavy. Let's just leave it at that.

One has Naglfar. One has insane speed and an double with powerful S ranked weapons. One is a boss. One is a PC. One is the final boss. One is an extremely above average PC.
But remember folks, Final Bosses aren't always the best in the game (Take Yu Yevon). However, Above average PC's (Take Gerik) that can survive a hit of Naglfar and easily Double Lyon will win without a contest.
