Season 24, Week 1
Princess Toadstool
(Super Mario RPG)

Superstar Princess Toadstool is back to the arena in the battle of the century! After years of being kidnapped by the big baddie Bowser, she finally gets a shot of sweet, frying pan-induced revenge, and she's going to savor every minute of it. Even Bowser's ghost magic won't scare the princess, and while Bowser can protect against Peach's status magic, her superior damage and speed, coupled with plentiful healing, will guarantee a hilarious clubbing. Revenge, after all, is a dish best served cold. And it tastes like a heavy frying pan.

KING KOOPA IS INVINCIBLE! Well... as long as you ignore Mario's existence, that is. And Bowser is in a match that he dreamed of for years: he will finally get the chance to beat down - and kidnap for good - the sweet Princess Toadstool. He feels no pain from the frying pan, he fears nothing - and his ghosts of awesomeness will get him through! If all else fails, he can always resort to his unstoppable BUTTSTOMP. With no pesky plumbers to wreck his plans, Bowser is set for richly deserved glory in the world of classic villainry!

Tide
In the Mario universe, everytime Toadstool is kidnapped, Bowser is soundly trounced by the moustached plumber. This goes without saying. So you would think that he would stand a much better chance in a 1 on 1 duel. Unfortunately, for Bowser, it seems no matter where he goes, he will always get shafted.

1) Buyable Fearless Pins take out his most threatening status
2) Poison in the SMRPG FAILS. Terribly at that.
3) He's given the worst equipment set available in his game

It then really makes you wonder why Peach always gets kidnapped. Maybe Bowser is a supreme strategist. That, or maybe Peach just enjoys riding in the Koopa King's Clown Car >_>. After all, there's no better way to cruise on the streets in style than hopping like a rabbit!

Princess Toadstool: 52
Bowser Koopa: 35

Lyndis
Bowser and Toadstool decided to spice things up a bit and got the judges to allow one side-kick each for the two fighters. The catch: The side-kicks can't actually do any attacking (nor can they be attacked).

Well, Bowser knew his lack of healing is his greatest weakness against Peach, so he choose Mallow to keep him constantly healed ont he sidelines.

Peach chose Geno.

Healing or not, Bowser is not winning against a Geno-boosted Peach who can heal herself back to full...and now has much more defense and offense.

Jatsuya
Peach most always gets kidnapped by Bowser, so I'm sure that if she had the power to resist, she would not have been kidnapped and held for whole games; thus, I give the victory to Bowser.
