Three foes this season have tried to take down the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom, and all three of those fights ended the same way: a frying pan to the head knocking some much-needed sense into them. Now she faces off against a different type of dueller - Marivel isn't going to try to beat her up, just status her to death. She's not worried though, as the Wakeup Pin shuts down her opponent's Sleep spell, and Marivel isn't known for her damage or her speed. Playing defensively, or firing off status of her own, shouldl be enough to secure this Middle Championship! |

Under normal circumstances, Marivel would just suck the princess's blood to end this match. After all, Marivel is something of a gourmet, and a princess would be a choice meal, right? Well, if here name weren't Toadstool, anyway. Marivel's chosen to handle this particular championship fight the old-fashioned way. Her repertoire of spells, which has already gotten her a Light championship and now to the Middle finals, remains one of the most impressive in the league. Toadstool may be a step faster than her, but Marivel also has three robot friends. And three beats one, right? |
Sage Acrin It was to be a deadly dance. Who could avoid the other's devastating status magic? Who could last the longest in a war of strange little robots against a frying pan? Then the nearby stadium blew up. Actually, this didn't stop the match, but most fo the crowd left. The remaining crowd left as rumors were heard that Edge was fighting Piastol in another arena. So, Princess vs Marivel was reduced to five bored looking judges and two women who weren't huge on fighting anyways. So, they did the obvious thing. For the first and, perhaps, the only time that will ever be, a bathing suit contest was held without any disturbance from perverts. Well, except that one of the judges was Rapp. But you can't have anything. Anyways, the Princess' pink two piece managed to beat out Marivel's frilly white one-piece suit, and so Princess managed to win the Middle Championship.
