Dalton won't get enough Iron Orbs in to kill Seifer with his finishing attack, which probably won't count anyway.

I'm giving Seifer the benefit of the doubt-- and consideration for his boss forms. Frankly both he and Dalton are rather unimpressive when you fight them. However, Seifer shows up again and again and again. Determination always wins over cowardice.
