Arnaud G. Vasquez's struggle against the Middle division is almost over. Kazan is his eighth opponent in less than three months, and if Arnaud can keep his cool, will end up his eighth victim. Arnaud's incredible evasion leaves Kazan with only two options attack options - one of which is his magic, which hits Arnaud's impressive magical defense and auto-reflect, and runs off a paltry MP supply. Thus, for Arnaud to claim victory, all he must do is dance carefully around Kazan's Mystic Art. Fortunately, with Slow Down giving him double- and even triple-turns, and Hyper to boost his physical damage to levels that might actually be considered impressive against the frail old martial artist, that's a dance this drifter is very much capable of. Charge Heal means he'll have to do it twice, but there's no doubt Arnaud has both the skill and the desire to do so - after all, Raquel is waiting for him in Heavy! |

Those young whippersnappers keep coming around, thinking they can disrespect their elders and betters, but Kazan is always ready to give them an old-fashioned beating. With his fists of fury and a Origin that embodies the power of the very earth, Kazan can crush his opponents with his choice of skin-blistering physical attacks, impressive displays of magic, or both in one with an overwhelmingly powerful Mystic Art. While Arnaud may have a bevy of status effects he likes to use to shut down his opponents, but Kazan’s excellent equip options can protect him from several of those while the Stun effect added by his Dragonlord Shoes wreaks havoc on the unprotected Arnaud. And if that wasn’t enough, Charge Heal means Kazan has to be killed twice for it to stick. He might have taken a championship from some weakling last season, but in this Middle final, Arnuad is in over his head. |

Alice continued smoothly. *I see. Nuke them from orbit, will you? I've got to go have a chat with Nate regarding the content of their broadcasts.* Mewtwo grumbled. "With pleasure, sir." Alice beamed as she prepared a few castings of Gospel. *...that young man really has corrupted you, hasn't he. Hmph. Yuri may have some redeeming value after all...* Mewtwo mused as he left.
