Perky dancer and powerful Water Dragoon, Meru is back in the Duelling League in her new division. Although she might have had trouble in the past with Heavies, it won't take long for her to get back to where she belongs when all she has to deal with is Middle. Now, who knows what kind of weirdos she'll face here? Let's start with her first opponent, the one whom they call the White Wolf... yeesh, who hasn't used that nickname these days? With her near unmatchable speed and her remarkable magical capabilities, you have to pity poor Vaynard when he's faced with a powerful casting of Meru's powerful Blue Sea Dragon. With healing to boot, Meru shouldn't have break a sweat to get through with this chump. That's one for one. Just three to go!

Vaynard's Divine Mandate gives him permission - no, requires him - to smash all that stand in the way of the White Wolf's glory. A puny dancer dares to challenge him? A worthless woman, unworthy to rule a country and only good for serving him? You'd think people would know better than to challenge Caladbolg's master. A single blow from Vaynard's trademark halberd will lay Meru low - a blow she can't avoid. The Blue Dragoon has to close in for a melee attack before accessing her magic, and a mighty counter from Vaynard will leave her near death, to be cleaved in half on Vaynard's turn, whenever he chooses to take it. DL, take note: Vaynard, master of all he sees and future ruler of Forsena, is here to dominate, not merely win.
