Recovering from a second unfortunate loss has taken the Dark Druid some time, but he is once more ready to inflict his unique brand of terror and villainy upon the Duelling League. And it certainly looks like the third time will be the charm for Nergal. Diego Renault is not exactly the most threatening of opponents, though it does give Nergal the enjoyable opportunity to reduce someone named "Renault" to a fine red mist, which is certainly a plus. No matter what Diego attempts to do - flying or grounded, short range or long - he will find a mighty Ereshkigal counter waiting for him, spelling certain doom for the man with the pink bandanna.

Diego waited his turn patiently. He cheered for everyone, and hoped they would cheer for him. Still, for the life of him he couldn't figure out why he'd drawn Lord Nergal as his first opponent. Sky Lord or Sniper, it would be a painful time either way, but the sky was always better for Nergal's type. In a sense, he could play those darn Fire Emblem characters' game like no one else could. Evade, counter, attack. Evade, counter, attack. Think Tidus. Think Tidus. Yes, this could work! He didn't have to be afraid! In no time at all, he could turn Nergal into nothing but a wonderful fountain of blood. It'd be one hell of an arena debut.
