Season 47, Week 3
Gadwin
(Grandia)

Here's a fun fact for you: The Power of the Universe works just fine from long-range. Thus, there is no escape. Oscar's horsie cannot save him against such might. Oscar's shiny lance (lance Pokémon?! What?) collection cannot save him. No one can rescue him from this fate. Only a Javelin might enable Oscar to counter Gadwin's mighty Dragon King Slice, but mere irritants such as that, the Knight should easily shrug off. Oscar might be Gadwin's rival at defense against normal mortals, but he won't be standing up to Gadwin's brutal exploding secret techniques of fiery explosion anytime soon, that's for sure. And he'll prove that physical fighting is. Not. Weird. Dangit.

Oscar is a proud Greil mercenary, which, of course, leads one to assume he has quite the fighting prowess - rightly so. With a wide array of Pokém- I mean, weapons - wait, they're actually Pokémon Spears? Okay. Ranging from a simple Iron Sword to the might of forged Silver Spears, he can manipulate the tide of battle with his trusty pocket weapons. And, with the added benefit of the duel setting making such things as resource issues or attack charges matter less, Oscar's deadly Weapon Pokémon will cause much disarray on the opponent - but hey, Gadwin was weird enough to decide battling all of them by himself. What kind of sick weirdo actually physically fights these days?

Gadwin was increasingly frustrated.

How did his opponent read his attacks so well!?

How did he understand everything he was going to do so easily!?

It was as if he knew everything about him!

"And then I told him about all of Gadwin's secret moves, and how much he likes mangos, and everything about his weapon and his armor and his fighting style and his shoes and..." Justin rambled on happily.

Feena sighed.

Remember; When you give Justin your secret move? Don't expect it to stay a secret. Or anything else you tell him.
