After engraving her opponents into oblivion with deathly arcana, Nina finally faces a tough challenge. Granted, Nina’s faced far worse in her home game (that doesn't mean she's brave enough to look under Alhazad’s sheet, of course). On the other hand, she should definitely be brave enough to grit her teeth, clench her grip and unleash all her magical prowess in an attempt to pummel Alhazad into oblivion. She even has stat downs to enhance her speed edge or make the Metal Demon’s already middling attacks even more pitiful. It may not be easy, but Nina also has a bone to pick with scientists, and Alhazad is the perfect candidate for her to take her pent-up wrath out on.

Well, this is it. Alhazad, once again, makes the Middle finals and is greeted by a young girl. The fundamental difference, though, is that while Princess Toadstool had quite a stalling set to eke her past the Metal Demon, the strange magician Nina lacks any durability game of the sort. In fact, her winning strategy - Death spamming - will be quite useless here! So, she has to rely on her subpar magic, hitting Alhazad's vaunted magical resistance. To make matters worse, she is rather frail, so a couple of Alhazad Symphonies should off her nicely. The sneaky demon scientist may have failed in his last field trip, but this will be his crowning moment! For science!

Swimsuit contests.
The ultimate horror.
Yes, if done right, these simple and beautiful things can SCAR THE MINDS OF ALL THAT EXIST FOR ETERNITY.
This was the best opportunity in ages.

"...you talked the Profound Darkness out of something mentally scarring!?" Jade sputtered.
"Eheheh. Yes." Kefka smirked.
"...why?" "Not my style. That Nina's too flat." "..." Jade stared blankly. "...Okay, how?"
"It turns out that, if you get Profound Darkness drunk enough, she's pretty easy to talk into stuff. Eheh." Kefka smirked.
"..................you...got..." Jade slowly tried to comprehend this monumental insanity.
"Oh, and if she runs in screaming something about sleeping with one of those Ryus, you never saw me." Kefka finished, as he walked off.
Nina ultimately forfeited the match.
Evidently she was too busy running from Profound Darkness as well.
She was screaming something about Ryu's shared affections or something.
You know, one of those demon women things.
Nina: 14
Alhazad: 24
