Despite their different upbringings, parental situation and styles of fighting, Vahn and Kresnik actually have something in common - even if it's a subtle, far away similarity. Kresnik's ARMS ability is really just a fancy, gussied up version of Vahn's ominous Seru summoning ability, when you think of it. While Kresnik's buffs can put a damper on the damage Vahn's Ra-Seru Meta can inflict, it still won't stop it from overwhelming the Brionac flunkie with the needy sister. Vahn also has his traditional hand-to-hand combat training to fall back on - never a bad thing to have a second fighting style handy - which Kresnik also doesn't deal with all that well. If all else fails, hitting a low with taunts about not having a Mommy always works! |

The Pale Rider, the youngest member (well, youngest -natural- member anyways) of Brionac, honed his mighty skills on the chaotic, unkempt world of Filgaia. Now that he’s fighting in the relative paradise of the Duelling League, he’s been able to take his training to a whole different level - which spells nothing trouble for his opponent, the youth Vahn. After all, with his excellent magic defense and his ability to massively boost it simultaneously with his speed, Kresnik can neuter Vahn’s Ra Seru powers in a flash. Throw in plenty of cheap healing, as well as Lock-On and a flurry of passive defensive abilities, and the Pale Rider should once again emerge from the dust victorious, while the blue-haired boy from Legaia sleeps within the earth. |
