Despite their obvious differences, Vesper and Jin have a lot in common. They both play second fiddle to far more illustrious villains. They are both kind of DL fodder, and not exactly the most memorable duellers. And they both have solid durability and a lot of tricks that are useless against each other. With all status thrown out the window, Vesper and Jin are going to have a straight-up slugfest! Tractor Beam and Mind Blast against Fatal End and Dynes. But then, Fatal End and the Dyne spells are all limits for Jin, while Vesper can use his super fantastic moves at the start! Or maybe he can just convince Decus to stand in for him and spare us Vesper vs Jin. Not like Takaya could stop it!

Jin could easily win this battle. Afterall, he wields the Persona Moros, the very personification of doom, child of Nyx! All the gifts of Nyx and her Shadows are at his disposal: any spell he might desire, all of which could fell the foolish Wise Man in short order. But why let Vesper face such a noble fate. Jin, denizen of the net that he is, knows all about the origins of the Wisemen, the nuance and substance, the context and the meta. No, when facing a battle android who is secretly a high level, code-rending super boss in an incredibly sophisticated MMO game, why not have some fun. Yes, Strega has oh so many uses for a war machine of Vesper's caliber. Many uses indeed...
