The youngest of High Priest Funeral's ill-fated Zodiac Braves returns to the arena this week, intent on returning to the Heavy division that was his original home. The young Shrine Knight's first opponent, the Berserker Dart, would give most heavilly armoured knights cause for alarm, but Izlude is swift enough to keep Dart from running circles around him, and his deadly swordplay is exactly what a Fire Emblem axeman fears. The Knight Blade can even match the Berserker at his own game of countering. Fire Emblem's run of Middle domination has come to an end; this season shall belong to an older strategy/RPG.

Fire Emblem and Middle have become nearly the same thing in recent seasons. First, Lyndis muscled her way through the division. Guy and Florina followed her briefly thereafter. Now, pirate and legendary axeman Dart looks to continue the run. His Knight Blade foe, while no slowpoke, isn't speedy enough to keep dart from Dart to taking two turns to his one. A single critical brings the warrior of darkness to his knees, and Dart is, if nothing else, brutally effective with criticals...

Dart does unexpectedly well in duels. He has...quite possibly the fewest counter-characters of any character in the Link Arena, for instance. This week he faces Izlude--a character who you'd think would shut him down easily, but turns out to be a very good match in which Dart may well have a slight edge, though there's certainly room for debate.
However, whenever something is so up in the air (no pun to Izlude intended) intuition will generally come down (no pun intended) as the victor.

The deciding factor of this match isn’t the fighter themselves, but their sisters.
Rebecca is an archer with overactive hormones who would hit on any male on two legs, including those who follow the not-so-straight path.
Meliadoul, on the other hand, is a weapon-busting Shrine Knight, with the ability to take ninja as a class.
So while Rebecca was busy hitting on Jowy of Suikoden fame, Izlude was busy being announced the winner after Dart didn’t show up due to lack of equipment.
