Paulette is ready to continue her domination of Middle, this time with a victory over a mother. Despite Selan's matronly nature, she's a dedicated fighter, with powerful magic and a strong sword arm. Of course, Sign of Silence and Hypnotism should easily fix those advantages, leaving her dozing and unable to fight back, as well as sealing her magical abilities. From there, some sling thwacks to the head and a Heat Cyclone should knock the magical wife out, driving Paulette forwarnd, into the semifinals and into RPGDL history. |

The DL's most famous mage/knight/wife-and-mother is going to be add Middle Champion to her resume soon enough if she keeps this up. The younger, far less experienced contender who hopes to stop Selan this week should prove no problem at all. Equal doses of common sense, staff beats around the head, healing and destructive magic should all serve to do in this little upstart quite nicely. Onwards and ever upwards towards glory and recognition as a strong female should do in the arena of the Duelling League. |
CmdrKing Loving, attentive, able to kick the asses of any that threaten her family, able to tell her husband whatfor if he gets out of line while still accepting criticism... indeed, Selan is everything Paulette ever sought out to be! Really, it was probably a bad idea for Paulette to show up to the match, though. Apart from coming off like a gibbering fangirl, she managed to fumble it up so badly she got slapped with a Drowsy spell, a staff, and a sexual harassment lawsuit in the span of a few minutes. To say nothing of Maxim's reaction. Kharg, reportedly, didn't seem to mind that much. Paulette: 29 |
