The cute little girl and protector of the Fon Master Ion makes her first Arena appearance - and the first appearance for the newly-ranked Tales of the Abyss. Her first opponent, the Element Dominia, is rather... heh. Snicker-worthy, we'd say? Merely a spoiler, and anyone outside that radius fries her. Fortunately for Anise, she is well-rounded and has rather good durability, so outlasting the shameful woman shouldn’t be a problem. Magic, punches, you name it, Anise can pull it out of her box of tricks. The doll rider will ride on to crush all the Middles that stand in her way of getting herself a rich husband! ^_^ |

Haughty, arrogant, and disdainful of everyone save her comrades-in-arms and her beloved commander. This is Dominia Yizkor in a nutshell. And she must feel absolutely insulted to be tasked with fighting a mere child. What could she possibly have to fear from a prepubescent turncloak who uses a doll to fight? Dominia's blinding sword strikes will simply rip Tokunaga to shreds, doing the same for its master immediately afterwards. Perhaps she should be grateful, though: after her crushing defeat against Tiamat way back in Season 20, a victory - and the attendant approval of Ramsus - will be something to cherish. |
Dunefar Jade sighed deeply. To the surprise of many, a replica had nothing to do with this sigh at all. Instead, he looked down at the sheet of paper in his hand. The poster had an image of Dominia chained up, with a grinning Anise next to her. Below that in the caption reads: "Come one, come all! Bring your wallets when you come to see a wonder of the world! Anise Productions brings forth DOMINIA, the beautiful Element of Earth! You think Lich is impressive? Do you think Milon is scary! Be prepared to see the beauty of the Earth now! Just 999 gald per minute!" Idly pocketing the poster, Jade sighed again. It's not that Anise's determination wasn't admirable, nor was it that she was making money. But really, Emperor Peony looks down on abject slavery of captives like that. It would be soooo unbecoming of him to let it stay that way. While enjoyable, openly ignoring the laws of Malkuth is a bad idea if your last name isn't Fon Fabre. "Oh well, at least Anise won the battle," Jade mused aloud.
