Season 57, Week 1
Neimi
(Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones)

Neimi needs to finish this battle quickly. Gafgarion's parasitic healing is dangerous to her low HP, and his replenished HP total will see him through an extended slugfest. Luckily, finishing things quickly is what the speedy archer excels at. Since Gaffy almost certainly won't try to cross swords, instead preferring to sit back and Night Sword. Neimi's response is simple: Use her excellent speed and damage to make him a pin-cushion. Her Silver Bow can do plenty of damage, and she may in fact wind up ending it all with a devastating critical. This will be a tough fight...but it can't be any tougher than fighting dark gods, can it?

Once again, the mercenary Gafgarion has been called upon to quell an invasion. Another band of Fire Emblem folks are looking to take middle by storm, and Gafgarion can't wait to show off his skills, which are perfectly suited to beating these rabble. Night Sword ignores that obnoxious evasion Neimi has, and its flexible range means that Neimi won't be able to counter it regardless of which weapon she uses. A sturdy shield will block some of her hits, and Night Sword's draining will undo the ones he does take. All in a day's work, eh?

Taishyr

A battle-hardened mercenary.
An easily starstruck young woman.

The end result? Obvious.

"COOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLM, SAAAAAVE MEEEEEEEEEE!"
"Haha! You'll never see her again, Colm!"
"...this is stupid."

-------

Well, the result is obvious if it's Neimi and Gafgarion.

Colm just sent Eirika and Ephraim to tag-team Gaffy into oblivion as he went to get a drink. Or two. Or ten. Really, he'll stop when he doesn't have to think about the trouble Neimi causes him.

Neimi: 19
Gafgarion, Gaff: 31
