Season 58, Week 5
Isabel
(Suikoden 5)

Isabel's a bit more grounded than the average member of the Maximillian Knighthood. She focuses on more on fighting than large scale battles, and thus is very good at close quarters combat. Isabel will need both her armor and evasion to slow down Jude's dangerous blitzkrieg style of offense, but she's got plenty of both to tide her through. She'll have to pick her spots well and make every hit count- but that's no problem for a highly trained knight like herself. Jude may be fast, but he'll fall like any other enemy.

Up to now, Jude has been blessed with opponents that lagged far, far behind the rest of their casts in the speed department. While Isabel is slow, she's not game-worst, so they're catching up! Maybe by the finals he'll be facing someone with average speed! Until then, though, he'll be making full use of Assault Buster. With most of Isabel's damage being physical, Jude's Defender skill can help him out by kicking in, and it may tip the scales. Before you know it, Jude will be accelerating into the finals!

Isabel was perturbed.

She was expected to fight an innocent orphan, and as a member of the Maximillian knights, this was not right. She was supposed to be a champion of justice, a paragon of virtue, a hero to the downtrodden! To slay a child just for the sake of bloodsport was to spit at the name of her Order.

No, she would not lay a hand on young Jude. The young boy had already suffered much trauma and it would not do to harm him further.

Perhaps there was another way to settle this match without violence. A simple game, maybe even a round of Rock-Papers-Scissors?

Yes, that was the only possible option for this whole debacle. Bloodshed need not always be the answer. Sometimes, a warm smile was enough to further the cause of good.

Then Jude shot and stabbed her repeatedly over the course of several seconds, all the while screaming something about evil adults bearing sinister smirks.
