Karsh is pushing the invasion deep into enemy territory this week. As the last survivor of the latest Chrono Cross force, he's the only one to have survived through two rounds of combat, and he's determined to reach the finals! While his opponent may be pretty in pink, Karsh is more interested in the green of his native element, and his powerful Green-elemental techs are certainly up to the challenge of wearing down the tankish knight. Will the Dragoon's Stone Axe be raised once again in victory? Only time will tell...

Nei, Guntz, and now Karsh... Ragnar finds himself facing a pure physical fighter for the third week in a row. Again, his massive HP score gives the Knight of Burland an edge in a brawl, as does the handy Sword of Lethargy and its ability to put its target to sleep now and then. He'll need every edge he can get, as Karsh is one of the few competent members of the now-ridiculed CC invasion. Still, the Dragoon is a walking contradiction - an axe-wielding pretty-boy - and a steadfast Knight, even one clad in pink, should have little trouble with the likes of that.

The Axeman
Karsh and Ragnar squared off, both trading blows with one another, the much quicker Karsh escaping Ragnar's blade time and again, and the mighty armor of Ragnar repelling swipes of Karsh's axe, which he could never seem to get a clear shot with.
Karsh didn't want to do it, but there was one opening in Ragnar's shining pink armor. Ragnar left his helmet open, to show off his impressive mustache.
And so Karsh hit him in the face with his axe really hard.
MORAL OF THE STORY: Having nigh impenetrable defenses is one way to get ahead in life, but it's hard to argue with an axe to the face.
Karsh: 25
Ragnar: 12

Hopefully the moral of this story is less about how it's hard to argue with an axe to the face, and more about,it's hard to argue with a sword in the eye.
