Season 30, Week 3
Tengaar
(Suikoden Series)

The Rumble in the Jungle has nothing on this. Two spoiled brats take the field in an epic clash to see who can annoy and bully the other into submission. At least, that's until Tengaar uses Canopy Defense to turn this steamy fight into a slow, brutal slog, which is more Tengaar's speed. The magic immunity she gains from Canopy Defense will nullify any attack her opponent can possibly use, giving her plenty of turns to tear at L'Arachel. Even if the girl can somehow withstand a couple of Earthquake spells, Tengaar's physical is both accurate and quick, spelling doom for the arrogant princess.

Who dares to insult a maiden of virtue? Certainly not a lowly peasant like Tengaar, who can't even keep her potential husband in check. L'Arachel fights for justice, love and pretty hair. She won't even have to muss her green locks here, staring off against a loser like Tengaar. All the ugly child from Warrior Village has in a duel is her Earthquake spell, which is both evadable and hits L'Arachel's top-notch magic defense. With Anima magic and excellent speed to press her advantages, L'Arachel's approaching this fight like she does all of her fights. As a winner, in every sense of the word.

The judges were forced to cancel the match and award victory to Tengaar when L'Arachel failed to show up on time. An investigation showed that the Raustenian Princess was murdered horribly in her dressing room, a massive apostrophe wound carved into her chest. Another apostrophe was painted on the nearby wall with her blood.

The DL police have yet to identify the perpetrator of this heinous crime, although several people near L'Arachel's room shortly before that time have recalled a mysterious man in a hat sneaking around and cackling, "This'll be the last time she screws up my database with her accursed apostrophe!"

Tengaar: 43
L'Arachel: 40
