Season 20, Week 2
Tiamat
(Final Fantasy)

She's the wind, but not the sun; she's Tiamat, the original gaseous lord of the skies above, and, flatulence jokes aside, she's here to blow her opposition away! While, Delita is no generic knight, the fight will be very much like defeating the legendary Light Warriors. The multi-headed sky dragon can take any punishment Delita might dish out, and not even a well-trained Arc Knight will be able to withstand the power of concentrated lightning bolts smashing down on him for very long. It'll be quick and easy, and a good starting point for the dragon's eventual domination of Middle.

Many seasons have come and gone without the appearance of everyone’s favorite backstabbing knight, but he is finally here to make his second appearance. With the pesky Esper who defeated him last time upgraded to Heavy and unable to stop his run, Delita is a happy man. His opponent in the first round? A disgusting multi-headed snake. And although she certainly beats Delita in the creepiness department, very few people can best him in his specialty - manipulating any situation to his advantage. A little bit of conniving, and there’s no doubt that he’ll rise above this pathetic reptile.

Knowing how badly outmatched he was against the Wind Fiend, Delita convinced Tiamat to have an army battle instead of a simple duel.

When the day of the battle arrived, the king of Ivalice was feeling very confident. He had amassed an army filled with mages of all kinds, able to annihilate any battalion with a huge array of Holies, Flares, and Meteors.

Then, Tiamat flew into the arena, a cacophony of synchronized metallic clangs announcing her arrival to the suddenly horrified Ivalian Army.

Behind the dragon were a veritable sea of silver and ebony that stretched as far as the eye can see, sparkling to the noon day sun and blinding anyone who dared to stare a it so long. They stared back impassively at Delita's army, who had suddenly found their Faith-based spells of mass-destruction very much obsolete against their mechanical opponents.

The bell rang, signaling the start of the match, and Tiamat smiled a cruel smile as she ordered her WarMechs to launch all Nukes.

Tiamat: 41
Delita Hyral: 31
