Season 54, Week 2
Yukiko Amagi
(Persona 4)

While she tends to burst into laughter pretty easily, Yukiko's first outing in the Duelling League elicits no such thing - well, no, Halley's whining is actually pretty hilarious, but the heir of the Amagi inn has enough manners to not burst out in laughters for those things. Halley isn't even one of Yuki's friends, for starters! And, more to the matter, Yukiko can teach him a lesson in humility pretty quickly. With the evasion brought by the Miori Shirt, she can dodge Halley's spells without much trouble, and she can pressure the psychic kid pretty easily with a healthy juggle of Agidynes and Diarahans, forcing the boy to spend his valuable resources and limited sanity pretty quickly. Then, once he's vulnerable, a single Amagidyne (pardon the pun!) will end the fight. Halley is about to see what people mean about the traditional Amagi room service, and it's by no means a teenage dream come true!

Normally a staller like Halley might quake in fear in the face of another staller - one with more resources than he does to boot - but this street rat has seen far scarier things in his lifetime than Yukiko. Sure, her healing and Auto-Sukukaja armor could give him trouble with his SP limitations, but Halley knows that the trick to taking Yukiko down is status. Luckily, he has plenty of it… granted, they're not very accurate. Of course, his Improved Slingshot should simultaneously damage Yukiko and attempt to inflict a match ending petrify for free! And, as always, Halley can attempt to knock Yukiko down with Aqua Blade and keep his own body strong with Healing. It may not be an easy match, but anyone who has lived on the street knows that you don’t go down without a fight. Heck, maybe he could grab a meal at Yukiko's inn after victory. He could use the comfort.

Education has it's perks. Yukiko's a smart girl who payed attention in class, while Halley was a street rat. What does this mean!?!?

Absolutely nothing as Yukiko sets Halley on fire, then beats him to death with a fan for smelling like a Great War battlefield. EW. As if Miss Amagi would waste time in dealing with that wretch!
