A dragon girl versus a roasting chicken? Forget hunter versus prey, this is practically voracious teen against a succulent El Pollo Loco meal. Granted, Sharon may have to do the skewering herself, but she’s never had a problem with that. After all, Wind of Sleep and Funeral Wind will quickly spell doom for Blaziken, especially given Blaziken's inconvenient Wind weakness! Not like she’ll need them really. And considering Wind of Sleep’s blazing speed, Sharon’s poor meal may not even have time to throw a single attack before it meets its maker (is it Arceus?). With her excellent evasion, defense, plenty of healing, and even the ability to cut Fire damage via equips, she could even outslug Blaziken if she was of mind to. After all, might as well work up an appetite before digging in!

When we last saw our blazing hero, he had successfully reached the Middle finals only to falter at the end when faced against some dumb king. Clearly a repeat performance is in order. First up is a dragon girl with wind magic, a dangerous foe for a Fighting Pokemon like our chicken... if it wasn't terrible. His only worry is her one shot of Instant Death, and one Sand Atack will reduce its accuracy from 'pretty good' to 'dodgy at best'. Once that's gone, it's a straight line to victory from there. Whether he chooses to pressure her with Flamethrowers, Bulk Up until Sky Uppercuts heal-lock Sharon while her attacks go 'tink', or simply continue kicking sand in her face until she can't hit the broad side of the moon, Blaziken's win is practically assured against the teen Dragon Rider.
