Even though this isn't a match of will, Tengaar's will is still an important factor in this fight, as her warrior spirit will give her an edge over her more merciful foe. Backing up this spirit is high Magic Defense, as well as the Earth Rune, which will give her the powerful Earthquake, along with the magic-nulling Canopy Defense. If that isn't enough, there's still her handy throwing knives to give her decent ranged damage against her weak foe. Vivi may not have been the purely physical fighter that Tengaar wanted, but a warrior such as herself will always find a way to win, whatever the odds. |

Having faced the terrors and battles of two worlds, Vivi is a sharpened, cute and deadly black mage of the highest caliber. With the quintessential Flare, Death, and -aga level elemental spells, trampling down Tengaar in a wizards' duel would seem simplistic. Especially considering Vivi's likely choice of armor for this match, the Gaia Gear, which would cause Tengaar's much-feared Earthquake to replenish his own health. Even with Canopy Defense preserving her a while, Tengaar's knives can't hope to overcome the dark lil' wizards fearsome magic. |
superaielman Tengaar had this match in the bag. While she knew that Vivi was immune to Earthquake, but she knew what he wasn't immune to. "Ooooh Vivi!" Tengaar walked up, and began tickling the small mage. "Come on! Give up the match to your big sister!" "...Stop it...." Vivi's voice cracked with fear. "I don't like being touched..." "Then quit!" Tengaar's soft voice went hard, and she loomed over Vivi. "GIVE UP!" "STOP IT!" Vivi, in his fear, didn't notice he had let loose one of his spells. When he looked up again, Tengaar was frozen in place, with a mean look on her face. Vivi was awarded the match, much to his suprise. "Sigh... why me?!" Hix's moaning was heard throughout the arena, as he dragged his frozen girlfriend out the ring. Tengaar: 11 |
