T.G. Nevareh Oh dear lord this isn't fair at all. If this contest measured with ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING other than direct combat, maybe Tir would have a fighting chance. It would be about even if he could call on the power of Tenkai stars everywhere: to have a little help from their huge pile of friends. Maybe if Tir went to the arena and fought Ghaleon, army to army, Tir might win (since Ghaleon, Magic Emperor or no, doesn't win any awards for being a skilled or able leader). Tir had a wonderful power structure and his achievements stuck around for a very long time, whereas the Magic Emperor's achievements are usually crushed to the ground by a very idealistic and friendly teenaged boy who overcomes adversity (though this angle won't work since Riou, who is just as idealistic, friendly, and teenaged as Tir, not to mention held a huge record for overcoming adversity (Hey, Luca Blight is one SCARY fella. Anyone who manages to take him down deserves a gold star) was defeated with relative ease). Maybe, just MAYBE, if the terms of the contest follow some other route that doesn't let Ghaleon showcase his superior combat prowess compared to Tir's, then Tir might stand a chance. This is terribly unlikely. If it comes to combat, it can be summed up in a few points. 1) No matter how fast Tir is, he isn't going to get any more than one action for every one that Ghaleon gets. 2) Ghaelon, as a Final-boss character, is not suceptible to instant death. 3) Tir might have some seriously painful spells, but at his absolute strongest he can't cast them more than four or five times. Then there's the fact that Ghaleon has Chaos Shield which would nullify one of Tir's precious few useages of his Cursed rune. 4) Did I mention that Tir IS suceptible to instant death? Tir might have as his support one of the most powerful remnants of creation, but Ghaleon has the power of either/both Althena and/or Zophar, which both could create and destroy a world in their own right. This isn't even a contest. It would only be a contest if Ghaleon, as a PC with no divine powers fought Tir as a PC with his cursed rune. Tir McDohl: 16 hellopatrickstard00d@yahoo.com

Joou Ranbu Ursula had gruelling matches the entire season, and the stern fox agent was certain that, if she had to engage yet another full-on fight, she'd suffer a mental breakdown. So, she and Reeve (it's not like talking to a stuffed cat would be productive, anyway) decided to settle their battle in another way. Reeve thought a puppeteering contest would be a good idea. And Ursula agreed. However, Ursula determined that Reeve would use Ershin as his performance doll. Ursula would use Cait Sith. Reeve, fairly confident, took the challenge without hesitation. After all, Ershin wasn't very bright or awake her/him/itself, and Deis would enjoy some days out of the trash can, anyway. Sadly, Deis was as quick to come back home as she was to leave. Apparently, she found some middle-aged hunk in Costa del Sol, and only inside her harem she would have the space and privacy needed. So, while Reeve fruitlessly tried to control Ershin while the trash can humped air and moaned "Oh, yes! Ooooooooh, Orlandu!!!!", Ursula had Cait Sith perform the entirety of "Jesus Christ Superstar" to a full stadium, much to Reeve's chagrin. Such... incident wasn't a part of the foxy agent's plans, but she wouldn't deny a victory by obscene disqualification of the other side, either. Reeve didn't get that short an end of the stick, regardless. With Ursula's uncaring consent, he locked Deis inside Ershin, and breathed life into the trash can - with the mind of a rabid sea monkey. The snake goddess hasn't slept since. Cait Sith: 27 Captain K Rebecca quickly let an arrow fly as she saw her aged adversary begin to cast a spell. The old man staggered backwards as the arrow hit. "Did I stop him?" she thought as she released her next arrow. "I'll finish him before he even gets a spell off!" After being struck for a third time, the old man seemed close to collapsing. "Something's not right," thought Rebecca. "He's not even fighting back now. It's like he's waiting for something..." At that point, Rebecca looked down and realized the entire arena floor was glowing with white energy. The Southern Cross spell engulfed her, and she was instantly knocked out. Adray stood over the fallen girl and offered his parting wisdom: "You greenhorn. It is all a matter of experience." Adray Lasbard: 25 Maxmagnus20019
Vampire Lore Draco Ignifer There are a number of important factors that one must consider in a bonus match that aren't present in the arena. Perhaps the most important is plot power, but alternate forms, strictly considered illegal for duelling purposes, are a close second. While in the arena, Brahms may be a three-time loser, but in his castle, he is a brutal warrior, strong enough to do battle with the Iseria Queen herself. Even if, in desperation, they could set aside their differences and fight for their own survival, the vampire hunters don't have a prayer.
