Sundletan@hotmail.com If you actually try to beat a Star Ocean 2 boss with Claude alone, you'll see he can't really cast Mirror Slice over and over until the boss dies; why could he here? Erim is quite good in her Lufia 3 form and will beat him easily (and since I don't think Claude is immune to instant death...) Erim: 6 superaielman@hotmail.com
Superaielman Berle was in trouble against Kuja. His meta cancelation attack didn't seem to damage the powerful Genome, and Flare Star was beginning to wear him out. So... he did the last thing people expected. He took off his helmet. The shock of this made Kuja faint, and it gave Berle the win. Berle: 7 Dark Holy Elf

Sundletan@hotmail.com I give Maxim his storeboughts spells, but he just doesn't have any chance here. Menardi: 7 Sundletan@hotmail.com Arc simply doesn't have enough MP. Myria: 7 ANONYMOUS Adel is pure magic, with the exception of her "Drain Rinoa" attack, which s/he won't be able to do here. Solo has the spell Fendspell, which blocks all magical spells directed at him, except his own. Pure Magic Opponent + One casting of Fendspell=Victory for Solo. Adel: 3 RC After the match was over, Todd was mourning his beloved afro. First it had been crushed into a cube with Enclose, and then set on fire with DragonZap. Dark Holy Elf Luc, in a brilliant move, opened not with his True Wind Rune, but with Pale Palace. The Water Dragon summon forced Dario to counter with Weaken. Lowering Luc's physical attack power. Luc smiled. That attack meant nothing to him, and he'd just sealed off Dario's dreaded dark-typed physical attacks. "So," he said sarcastically. "What are you going to do to me? Attack with Fire magic?" "No," said Dario, as he cast Strengthen on himself. Luc cursed himself for not remembering all the Red elements shortly before Dario's regular attack dispatched him in one swing. Dario: 8 Zenthor Alhazad sneered over the Santeemian Princess. "You may have had a hand in defeating the Ruler of Evil, little girl, but you are worthless alone, much less against the third greatest of the Quarter Knights!" he gloated for the better part of an hour, going on and on about how great he is, and how insulted he is to be placed any lower than Godlike. There was something strange about his voice, though... it sounded almost... musical. His voice sounded as if it were being played by a miniature orchestra hiding in his throat. Alena yawned. She quickly shook her head. "What are you trying to do to me?! Put me to sleep? Not going to happen!" Alhazad stopped his ranting. "Put you to sleep, no, no... just bring you into a half asleep state." Alena blinked. "What? And slow me down? Again, not going to happen. Now, you die for your foolishness!" She quickly took off her earrings and tossed them at Alhazad. Before they got near him, he put up his defences, he was sure to deflect them. However, both of them were aimed at Alhazad's only weak spot, his throat. When the two stilettos thudded into his throat, his grey, metallic blood began to drip from the wounds. The demon coughed, shooting the earrings back at Alena, who caught them with no damage to herself. "You.. little.. WITCH!" Alhazad coughed out, trying to stop the bleeding. "How... dare... yo---UK!" His sentence was cut off by the two stiletto earrings being thrown again, this time, both piercing into his brain. The demon toppled over. Alena quickly collected the earrings and wiped the blood off on the demon's robe. "Alena has defeated her opponent!" the announcer blared from the speakers surrounding the arena. "Now, for her real opponent, Necrosaro! ..Huh? Where's Necrosaro?" The announcer laughed. "Just kidding folks. Alena advanc--UK!" the announcer toppled over in the announcers booth, after two stiletto earrings slammed into his forehead. As the announcer fell, a very angry princess could be heard shouting "BAD JOKE!" Alena: 4 Dark Holy Elf "Let's make this sporting," said Ramsus to his opponent before the match. "I'll allow you to use Wait Reaction, even though it's against the rules. I know it's how you Valkyrie Profile mages prefer to fight." Mystina took this angrilly, but practically. "I don't need the help, you arrogant jerk!" she yelled at the Perfect Human. "But... it's not like me to not take advantage of anything I can. Including your lack of respect for me." Ramsus nodded, and the fight began. The Solarian general had the first strike of course, hitting Mystina with a deft series of sword slashes. Mystina responded angrilly with Sacred Javelin, which dropped Ramsus to his knees. "You're good," he muttered. "Thank Deus you have that charge time..." Mystina smiled. "Bet you regret giving me this, now, don't you?" And she sent her bat familiar flying at Ramsus as her Wait Reaction kicked in. "Actually..." said Ramsus, instinctively setting Mirror Stance, then countering Mystina's physical attack by cutting her in two. "... No." Mystina: 5 Sundletan@hotmail.com
RC Tifa's Limits would be frightening... assuming that Spar didn't use Pwr-Down and Def-Down on Tifa, and Def-Up, Shield, and Atk-Up on himself. Thanks to his Cure 2, he healed the damages she was inflicting during that, and then managed to kill her before she got access to anything good. Don't mess with circus folk. Sundletan@hotmail.com Nothing to add to what has already been said. Antenora. Antenora: 6 Dark Holy Elf As the match began, Shana looked ready to cry. And it was more than just a look after she was struck by Samus' opening physical attack. "Help me, Dart!" wailed Shana. "I can't damage him, and he's hurting me!" "Um... that means you're going to lose, doesn't it?" said Dart from the stands. Rose let out an exasperated sigh beside him. "Should we tell her?" asked Miranda. "Yes," said Lavitz. "It's the right thing to do." "I was afraid you'd say that," the older White Silver Dragoon replied. "Shana! Listen to me, you idiot girl!" "She called me an idiot!" cried Shana. "Nobody thinks you're an idiot, Shana," said Dart. "Actually..." came several voices. "Oh, shut up!" Miranda butted in. "Shana, you have an attack called White Silver Dragon. Use it!" "I never used that attack!" yelled Shana. "It doesn't matter," said Rose. "You're allowed to use it, by the rules. Though, for the record, I take that fact as proof that fate hates us." "Oh," said Shana. As Samus rushed towards her for his second attack, she transformed into Dragoon, and one summon later, Samus' smoking body slumped to the arena floor. "I won!" yelled Shana. "I won! Look at me, Dart, I won!" "You realise," muttered Haschel. "That we're going to have to put up with this every week for the rest of this tournament, right?" "Don't rub it in," muttered Miranda, wondering why she couldn't have drawn an easy opponent like her much less bright White Silver counterpart. RC Rena and Brey seem similar on the surface, since both are nice mages. There is one difference, though. Brey's strength sucks more than Rena's. Thus, Rena wins it in a battle of attrition. Rena Lanford: 7 RC Really, it doesn't matter what Jaro has, how strong he is, or anything. For one simple fact: Gobi is not in water. Gobi -middling spells = mundane. And Jaro is still better than that. Jaro: 8 metroid composite *Jogurt attacks Jean for ONE whole point of damage* Jean : Ha, is that the best you can do?! Jogurt : ...What did you say!? Jean : You cannot use your full power because you suck ass. Gobi died praying for water. Jogurt! What about you? If you use the true power of the Jogurt Helmet, the blood of heroes, will be on your own hands. I live only for my cooking. Even wearing the Jogurt Helmet, your suckitude shall prove to be your downfall. Jogurt : No. I will not fail! Jean : You have already failed! Jogurt : Never! And to everyone's surprise, a black aura began to glow around Jogurt, and a giant ball of energy descended from the sky blowing up the entire solar system (Jogurt included). Lenneth, having used such powers herself, was naturally flying in deep orbit as soon as she realized what was about to happen. She promptly recreated the RPGDL solar system and then returned to the arena hopeing to find a victor. Lenneth: So...who died first? but Lezard interrupted Lezard: That little brat! I've only got 6 more Philosopher's stones left, and I can't keep sacrificing these things to save myself every time someone goes on an appocalyptic binge. Jogurt: But...did you see it? It was all sparkly and bright and shiny! Lezard: Shut up you little rodent! I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure you're disqualified for that stunt, and I think you'll find that I have a great deal of political influence. Jean: 9 Sundletan@hotmail.com
